A Tourism Guide Application for Komatsu City, which is located in the Kaga Region of Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.
You can find the latest information about things like sightseeing spots, places to eat and drink and gain personal experiences with Kabukky, the mascot of Komatsu city, as your tour guide.

Komatsu City has a population of about 110,000 people. From downtown, it takes just 10 minutes by car to get to the sea or to the mountains. It is a place blessed by numerous tourist attractions, such as the overview of Mount Haku and natural scenery which can be observed from Kibagata Lake; the Hikiyamas (festival floats) and Children’s Kabuki, both symbols of local culture; and and there are manufacturings made by many companies now on exhibition in the city, especially those that were made by Komatsu Ltd., the worldwide leader in the manufacturing of construction machinery.
With this application, fully loaded with the charm of Komatsu, you will get to know more about the city and certainly, you will find a place that you will want to visit!

Kabukky, the mascot of Komatsu, will guide you through the city. Utilizing augmented reality software, enjoy walking around town and viewing the scenery, with your guide Kabukky reflected in the camera image. (Note: Yellow highlighted bit was a bit odd to translate. lol)

●Sightseeing Map
Search for places you’d like to go in the "Look", "Eat", "Drink", "Play", "Relax", "Stay" and "Buy" sections.

Tap the pin on the map to bring up sight details. The map provides you search history, a favorite list and photo gallery functions. Also, by clicking on the "Go here" button, you can find routes to get access information.

●Experience Tour
Introduction to finding spots for experiencing the culture and nature of Komatsu, as well as other events. First, an intro to Kutaniyaki ceramics. Together with information about the origin of Kutaniyaki and Kutaniyaki artists, you can also view pictures of these wonderful ceramic craftworks.
